SyncTIDY connects to your email account with read-only access, reads those messages and their attachments, and organizes the details into structured records you can actually work from -- instead of re-typing them between your inbox, documents, and spreadsheets.

SyncTIDY is configured to the vocabulary and record shape of your specific field, so the same engine fits very different industries.

What it does

• Reads incoming and historical emails and their attached documents or images.
• Automatically extracts the details that matter for your work into a structured record for each item.
• Presents each record as an organized entry instead of a scattered email thread.

How it uses your email

• SyncTIDY requests read-only access (for Gmail, the gmail.readonly scope). With that access it reads your mail and attachments to build your records; it cannot send, edit, delete, or organize your mail.
• Message content is used only to provide the onboarding and organization features above -- never sold, never used for advertising, never used to train generalized AI/ML models.
• You can disconnect SyncTIDY's access at any time from your email provider's account settings -- you always maintain direct control.
